There are usually two stages in the preparation of high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. The first stage mainly consist of the mixing of silicon raw rubber, reinforcing agents, additives, vulcanizing agents, and structure control agents, then the mixing material is pressurized and heated for molding and vulcanizing. The pressure of this stage is usually 50-100 kg/cm3, the temperature is 120-200°C, and the stage usually lasts for 10-40 minutes.
In the second stage, the silicon rubber is removed from the mold and put into an oven at 200-250°C for 24 hours drying, which not only realizes further vulcanization, but also breaks down the organic peroxide at the same time.
The solar boiler exhausts hot oil and steam, their temperature can totally meet the requirements of heating temperature in the vulcanization process of silicone rubber, and it can realize very accurate temperature control.
