Our factory is located in the Dezhou economic development zone. The area of our industry zone is 150,000 square meters, including 80,000 square meters of office buildings and production facilities.

The frame workshop mainly produces the solar energy parabolic trough reflector metal support structure. The workshop is equipped with two CNC lathes, a machining center, two high-powered laser cutting machines, and some welding equipment which is necessary for the production the metal support structure. The batch production of all structural parts is executed by the use of molds and toolings. Our frame workshop features exact mechanical processing capacity and processing efficiency, the capacity can reach 350m²per day

In these pictures you will see our extended horizontal lathe, its processing length can reach up to four meters. The components which are processed by this lathe can ensure the installation accuracy of our solar collectors.

We adopt an argon arc welding method to weld workpieces, this method delivers great welding strength, leaves small solder joints, and can reach a high welding speed. All of these fully ensure the accuracy of the workpieces after welding, and prolong the lifetime of the components.

The laser cutting mechanics developed by our company feature outstanding cutting precision and excellent processing capability. The cutting thickness we can reach is 16 mm and the cutting precision is 0.1 mm.

The assembly production line performs a series of procedures, including electric generator assembly, pipe welding, helium detection, heat pipe installation, circuit connection, heat pump on-line inspection, and final assembly.

The workshop has totally 30 assembly operators, can produce 50 sets of completed machines per day.

The company's accessories warehouse adopts a WMS warehousing management system. This system interprets the product bar code through the data collector, so we can realize the full management of the accessory products, and ensure the rapid production to satisfy customer orders.
